This policy explains what information ScottWay collects through scottwayfiduciary.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you use the Schedule a Conversation form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your role (family, trustee or executor, or professional advisor), the property location (optional), and your message (optional). Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the form.

With the form, the site also sends information about how you arrived: the first page you visited on this site and, if the link you followed contained them, advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). These are kept in your browser's session storage only for the length of your visit and are sent to us only if you submit the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to understand the property and circumstances you describe, and to keep a record of our communication. The arrival information helps us understand which of our websites and advertising lead people to contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which processes them on our behalf.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device for that purpose, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The site's fonts are served from our own site; your browser does not contact a third-party font service to display them.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies at this time. It uses your browser's session storage, as described above, for the length of a visit. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and the Turnstile check.
